Founded in 1973, Produzentengalerie Hamburg has been one of the leading galleries for contemporary art in Germany since the 1980s. It is well-known for having constantly pursued an innovative, cutting-edge exhibition programme and for discovering new aesthetic positions.

The gallery represents internationally renowned artists who have been on display in various international art institutions and are part of some of the world’s most reputable museums. In addition to those established positions the gallery offers a platform for new talents in contemporary German art. Produzentengalerie Hamburg organizes circa five solo or group exhibitions annually and participates in the major international art shows.
