One of the key elements of our office history are our office premises on Hamburg’s Fleetinsel, which are full of character. We feel very connected to this historic “island” with its inspiring proximity to galleries, ateliers and restaurants. Our office was originally founded as Jan Störmer Architekten, which was for one decade followed by the partnership with Will Alsop as Alsop & Störmer Architects. Since 1990, we have implemented more than 50 sophisticated cultural, administrative and hotel buildings, have won numerous national and international competitions and have received a number of architecture awards. Since 2009, we are Störmer Murphy and Partners – Holger Jaedicke, Martin Murphy, Jan Störmer and since 2018 Kasimir Altzweig. Achim Schneider is our associate partner.
