Another degenerate shore
The 5th floor of an urban apartment. Two voices: Medea and Jason. Two songs on non-Europe, its coasts and borders, its interior and exterior abroad, reflected in the homelessness of the characters. Sasha Rau’s text STILL ONE COME FOLLOWED is accusation and invocation of one’s own fate and Europe – in the footsteps of the mythological model and Heiner Müller.
“I wrote this text for a young artist named Lasha Iashvili, Iashvili’s home is on the coast of the Black Sea, where Kolschis was once home to Medea.”
It features: author Sasha Rau, actor Paul Behren, and musician and performer Tintin Patrone, who creates sounds, sounds and echoes on her trombone.
Sasha Rau, actress and author. Since the season 2013/2014 she has been part of the ensemble of the Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg, where she has ao in “Chief Abendwind” and in “Die Wehleider”, directed by Christoph Marthaler. She organizes regular “author rooms” in the foyer of the Schauspielhaus, experimental evenings. For her text “Oh it’s like home” in 2012 she was awarded the “KunstSalon-Autorenpreis Köln”. Her play “Reichshof” premiered in the 2017 season.
Paul Behren: Since the season 2016-17 he belongs to the ensemble of the Deutsches Schauspielhaus. In 2017 he appeared in the world premiere of Sasha Rau’s text “Reichshof”, directed by Max Pross. Currently Paul Behren u. a. to see in “The Hairy Monkey” directed by Frank Castorf. And in “The Broken Jug” directed by Michael Talheimer and in “Assembl Âge” a dance theater by Sayouba Suigé. In 2018 he receives the Boy Gobert Prize of the Körber Foundation.
Tintin Patrone is a German Filipino composer, musician, actress, film and music producer as well as painter, performance artist and author. Patrone founded Ensemble Krachkisten Orchestra in 2009, the International MusicMotorcycleClub 2012. The combination of music, art, sound and experimental gesture is the general field for which TinTin Patrone is interested.
